Exchange & Return Policy

For all return and exchange requests, please contact us at support@thejupitercode.store.

All exchanges and returns must be requested within seven days of delivery.
If you receive a wrong product or have a size issue, you can request an exchange within seven days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
We offer exchanges for a different size or the correct product of the same value. There are no extra charges, and we can arrange a reverse pickup.
If you choose to exchange for a product of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference online.
The product must be returned in its original condition—with tags intact, properly folded, and securely packed. Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.

Refunds are only applicable for defective products. In such cases, email support@thejupitercode.store with your order details, issue description, and clear photos of the defect.
If a return is accepted for non-defective products, a Rs. 100 deduction will apply to cover reverse pickup costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or the provided bank account.

Slight variations in color and design from website images are normal and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
If the defect is found to be caused by customer misuse, a refund will not be issued.
Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
Returns/exchanges will be processed only once per order.
Used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.
Free exchange on size issues, but no refunds for size-related concerns.
