Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 24 to 48 working hours.
Orders within India are typically delivered within 5-8 working days, depending on your location and external factors such as public holidays or extreme weather.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks based on product availability.
For remote locations, including Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@thejupitercode.store.

We ship through trusted courier services, including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, based on the delivery location.

If tracking shows the order as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, flatmates, or your office mailroom.
In rare cases where the package is genuinely missing, we will investigate with the courier. If confirmed, a full refund will be issued within 10 working days.
If you receive a delivery notification but have not received your package, notify us at support@thejupitercode.store within 48 hours. After this period, we may not be able to take further action or offer compensation.
